Garlic Chives & Egg Soup

Garlic Chives and Eggs are a great match. They taste so good whatever way they are cooked. ‘Stir-fried Garlic Chives & Eggs’ and ‘Garlic Chives & Egg Spaghetti’ are the examples. This simple soup is no exception. It is absolutely easy to cook, not expensive at all, and delicious and nutritious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Stock in a large saucepan or pot and bring to the boil. Add Garlic Chives, which will be cooked quickly. Season with Soy Sauce and Salt & White Pepper to suit your taste.

* Step 2

Add Potato Starch mixture and stir. When soup is thickened, gradually add whisked Eggs, and stir until softly cooked.

* Step 3

*Note: Asian Mushrooms such as Shiitake or Enoki can be a good addition to this soup.
