Curry Ketchup Sauce
It’s easy to make. No special ingredients required. A yummy sauce for your Sausages (*e.g. Currywurst), ‘Tonkatsu’ (Pork Cutlet), Chicken Schnitzel, Chips, etc.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil in a saucepan, cook Onion and Garlic over medium low heat until caramelised, or at least very soft.
* Step 2
Add Curry Powder and stir for a minute. Then add Water, Ketchup and Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to the simmer and cook until required thickness is achieved.
* Step 3
Season with Salt. Add Ground Chilli is more heat is needed.
