Gnocchi With Egg & Spinach

Gnocchi and Asian flavoured sauces can go very well together. I often cook them with Soy Sauce. This is one of my favourite Gnocchi dishes. It is very simple and easy to cook, yet nutritious and delicious. If you love Gnocchi, why don’t you try it?

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1 Pinch

Salt

1 tablespoon

Oil

1 tablespoon

Oyster Sauce

1/2 tablespoon

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

* Step 2

Cook Gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the instruction OR until cooked.

* Step 3

Season Eggs with a pinch Salt. Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook soft scrambled egg. Transfer to a plate. Cook Baby Spinach. It won’t take long. Season lightly with Salt & Pepper.

* Step 4

Place drained Gnocchi on a serving plate, cover with cooked spinach and scrambled egg. Drizzle with some sauce and enjoy.
