Coriander Salad Dressing
This delicious Salad Dressing can be enjoyed by coriander lovers ONLY. Do not encourage coriander haters to try it, because they have particular receptors that find coriander tastes like soap. They taste coriander differently and don’t enjoy it. I am lucky that I can taste Coriander beautifully refreshing.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pick leaves from Coriander sprigs, and use them later. Finely chop up the stalks, place 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls in a bowl. Add other ingredients and combine to make the dressing. You may wish to add Fresh Chilli for more heat.
* Step 2
Mix with your favourite salad vegetables. Add the Coriander leaves to the salad.
