Sautéed Peas & Corn With Butter & Soy Sauce

Grilled cobs corn with Butter & Soy Sauce are very popular in Japan. Actually, Butter & Soy Sauce flavour is very popular. Why? Because it is yummy! This is a very simple dish of sautéed Frozen Peas & Corn, seasoned with just Soy Sauce. You would never know how yummy it is until you try it. Today I even added my ‘Onsen Tamago’ that can be cooked in the microwave in less than 60 seconds.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
20 g

Butter

1-2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add Frozen Peas and Corn Kernels, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, occasionally tossing. When Peas and Corn are lightly browned, add Soy Sauce and combine well.

* Step 2
