Smoked Salmon Dip

Dips are very popular in Australia. You can purchase a variety of dips these days, but the home-made dips are the best. Do you know that dips are quite easy to make? My ‘Tuna & Cream Cheese Dip’ is very popular with my family and friends, and this ‘Smoked Salmon Dip’ is another popular dip.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Finely chop up the Smoked Salmon pieces.

* Step 2

Place the Salmon, Sour Cream, Garlic, Red Onion and Lemon Juice in a bowl. Using a hand blender, combine the ingredients together. Check the flavour, add Salt (if only required) and cracked Black Pepper, then blend to combine.

* Step 3

Note: You may wish to add some herbs such as Dill or Parsley.
