Cream Cheese & Tofu Dessert

Have you tried my ‘Tofu Chocolate Truffles’? Tofu can be used for sweets. This is another example. Simply mix the drained Silken Tofu with softened Cream Cheese, and add Lemon and Sugar. Today I added some Mango, but naturally you can use any fruit.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
4 tablespoons (60 g)

Cream Cheese *softened

2 tablespoons

Caster Sugar

1-2 teaspoons

Lemon Juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break Silken Tofu into some pieces and place in a fine mesh colander or paper towel lined colander, and place the colander over a bowl. Keep in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour. No pressing is required.

* Step 2

Mix the drained Tofu, softened Cream Cheese, Caster Sugar and Lemon Juice until well combined. Alter the amount of Caster Sugar and Lemon Juice to suit your taste. Place the mixture and Fruit in serving glasses.
