Super Quick Pizza Base

When you crave Pizza, why don’t you make one yourself? This base can be ready in 5 minutes. Cover with whatever you like OR you have in hand, and bake it in a hot oven. You don’t have an oven? Then cook it in a frying pan covered with a lid. You will be enjoying a freshly cooked Pizza in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredient

Food ration :

28cm Pizza Base
1 teaspoon

Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon

Salt

1/2 cup

Warm Water

1-2 teaspoons

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine Bred Flour (OR Plain Flour), Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl. Add Warm Water and Olive Oil. Mix until a dough comes together.

* Step 2

Knead, adding more flour as required, until smooth and elastic. Flatten the dough and stretch out into a round. That’s it!
