Spinach Dip
Dips are very popular in Melbourne. I see a huge variety of dips in supermarkets. One day I bought Spinach Dip, which was OK but not great. I bought a different brand’s one. It was not good at all. ‘The spinach and ricotta mixture that I make for cannelloni dish tastes much better than those dips!’, I thought. Here is my Spinach Dip recipe. This dip is really good! It is great to be mixed with pasta as well.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients to combine. Greek Fetta is quite salty, so you should taste it first, then season with Salt & Pepper as required.
* Step 2
This dip is really good to be mixed with pasta as well.
