Guacamole
This is one of my favourite dips and bread spreads. It is so tasty and refreshing. ‘Guacamole’ is traditionally made by mashing Avocado(s) and Salt, but you can find so many different recipes these days. Many of them require Coriander, which my husband and son hate. They are DNA level Coriander haters. They just can’t identify Coriander as an appetising food. If you are a Coriander lover, just simply add 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the Avocado flesh in a medium bowl and use a fork to mash.
* Step 2
Add Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Chilli and Lime Juice and mix well. Season with Salt and Pepper.
* Step 3
Enjoy with Corn Chips or Flat Bread.
