Chicken Balls

Mix everything together and drop tablespoonfuls of the soft mixture into boiling stock and cook them, then season the stock as you like. You can enjoy these nutritious Chicken Balls with delicious soup. You may wish to add some cooked noodles or rice to make this dish a filling meal.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop up all vegetables finely, and combine with other ingredients. Mix very well.

* Step 2

Boil Dashi Stock OR Chicken Stock. Using a large spoon, drop the chicken mixture into the boiling stock and cook until cooked through. Season the soup as you like. *e.g. Salt & Pepper, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Fish Sauce, etc.

* Step 3

*Note: Add some cooked udon noodles to make this dish a filling meal.
