Prawn and bacon pasta salad

Ingredient

1 handful

diced bacon

200 g

prawns

Handful

coriander

Half

an onion

2 Tablespoons

olive oil

1 Tablespoon

honey

1 teaspoon

Dijon mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry bacon until crisp (I only used about a handful of bacon bits though)

Use the juice of 1 lemon, 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and combine

* Step 3

For the salad, dice 1 pepper, a few baby corn, half an onion, a handful of chopped coriander and a small avo

* Step 4

Cook 200g prawns in the air fryer and add to salad, with pasta and bacon bits

* Step 5

Mix the salad dressing in and stir well. Sprinkle some feta on top (optional)
