Grapefruit salad

A really simple and delicious side salad with unique flavours

Ingredient

Half

a chilli

1 Tablespoon

soy sauce

1 Tablespoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice carrot and cucumber I to thin strips

Add grapefruit cut into segments

* Step 3

In a separate bowl, add juice of half a lemon, chopped half a teaspoon of garlic and half a chopped chilli

* Step 4

Add 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Add the dressing over the salad or serve on the side
