Warm green salad and poached egg
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast 200g baby marrow or any other greens (I finish it in the air fryer to crisp them)
* Step 2
Grease a muffin pan, add half a teaspoon of water and an egg and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes
* Step 3
Mix a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of whole grain mustard. Pour a bit over toasted rolls
* Step 4
Add some salami on the rolls and the crispy roasted greens on top of that
* Step 5
Serve the egg on top, with the remaining sauce
