Chutney from old jam. #mycookbook
If you have any jam you don’t want, it can be turned into chutney. I made some gooseberry jam which turned out too sweet, so I converted it into a delicious chutney
Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Boil apple and onion in vinegar until soft. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Pot in sterilised jars and cover.
