Marmalade Brioche Pudding

Fancy a big hug in a bowl? Try my Marmalade Brioche pudding. For an extra touch of decadence add a splash or two of Cointreau or Orange liqueur. Perfect for a make-ahead dessert using store cupboard ingredients.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Oven to 180

* Step 2

Grease an oven proof dish with butter.

* Step 3

Make thickly spread marmalade sandwiches and then spread the tops with marmalade too, sprinkle over the orange peel and / or zest if using.

* Step 4

Place into the dish

Whisk together the eggs, milk and sugar.

Bake for 20 to 25 mins, or until risen and golden brown.

Serve with custard, ice cream or cream and an extra drizzle of warmed marmalade.
