Tofu stir fry in Ponzu dressing and fresh mint

Sorry it’s late, the dog ate my homework 🤣#cookpadcookeryschool This is my homework for lesson 3 of the cooking class. Thanks for the inspiration Sonia and Yui! This is a lovely refreshing dressing that is great with stir fry or just as a dipping sauce. I used shedded carrot and cucumber as I don’t have any noodles, but it was delicious.

Ingredient

300 g

Tofu

3 tablespoons

cooking oil

3 tablespoons

Soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon

sugar

Pinch

salt

1 sprig

fresh mint

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

* Step 2

Heat the oil in a small pan or wok. Add the tofu and fry until crisp and golden. Remove from the pan.

* Step 3

Add cooked noodles or vegetable noodles to the hot pan. I used shredded carrots and cucumber. Add the remaining ingredients and the tofu back to the pan. Reduce the heat and keep the pan moving for a minute or 2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a herb if your choice.
