plain flour
4 tsp
baking powder
50 g
cocoa powder
50 g
mini marshmallows
175 ml
milk
100 ml
oil
1/2 tsp
vanilla essence
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together dry ingredients. Create a well in the middle and pour in wet ingredients. Fold in until well combined.
* Step 2
Stir in mini marshmallows. Fill paper cases almost full.
* Step 3
Put into a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or until springy to the touch and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
* Step 4
Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy.
