I made myself some porridge and had alit leftover...this is the end result of an experiment!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook mielie meal until firm

* Step 2

Mix everything together

* Step 3

Shallow fry on med-high heat until crispy and golden

* Step 4

Drain and then enjoy!

* Step 5

I served mine with sriracha mayo
