Hot beverage for a cold

A hot beverage for the cold winter days and perhaps for when you catch a cold.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the water.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients except the honey. Let them boil for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Remove the mountain tea sprigs and allow the rest of the ingredients to boil for an additional 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Strain and serve hot with 1 tbsp of honey (or more if you like it sweeter).
