Perfect homemade rolls

If you are jealous of the fluffy rolls at your neighbourhood bakery, this finally is the time to make them yourselves.They are very easy to make, extremely tasty, quick and most of all, made by you. The only tool you need (well, not necessarily but it yields better results) is a stand mixer.

Ingredient

Food ration :

11 rolls
40 g

sugar

40 g

butter

12 g

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of the stand mixer and mix for 2' in the slow speed and 6' minutes in the fast.

* Step 2

Allow the dough to rest for 15' and then cut it into pieces of 100 g each.

* Step 3

Form small balls and set them aside to rest for 10'.

* Step 4

Then form sticks of 10 cm length and place them in the oven at 35°C and 75% moisture for 30'.

* Step 5

Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15'-20' depending on the oven.
