A very easy and tasty ice cream with tahini, a recipe by Stelios Parliaros.

200 ml
milk
300 ml
heavy cream 35% fat
200 g
tahini
130 g
icing sugar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the ice cream maker according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together and place them in the ice cream maker.
* Step 3
Follow the instructions of the ice cream maker concerning the setting of the ice cream.
* Step 4
When the ice cream is ready place it in a metal container and store in the freezer for about 3 hours.
* Step 5
When you want to serve it remove from the freezer and serve immediately, it is extremely creamy and you don't have to leave it for a while in the fridge to soften it for serving.
