Double chocolate granita

For those who love chocolate ice cream and want few calories.

Ingredient

500 ml

water

130 g

sugar

5 ml

rum

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the sugar, the water and the cocoa powder.

* Step 2

As soon as they boil add the syrup to the couverture chocolate and mix until the chocolate melts. Set it aside to cool a little and then place in the fridge. As soon as it chills well add the rum and place it in the freezer.

* Step 3
