Liqueur with spearmint and mint

Ingredients that will brighten your liqueurs with color and an amazing taste. Prepare them and invite your friends over to enjoy the treat.

Ingredient

1 bunch

fresh mint

1 l

vodka

500 g

sugar

500 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the herbs and spread them out on kitchen paper to strain.

* Step 2

Place them in a glass jar that seals well and pour the alcohol over them. Place the jar in the fridge to chill for 10 hours. Place the water and sugar in a pot. Mix for the sugar to dissolve and then boil over moderate heat for 5' minutes.

* Step 3

Allow the syrup to cool and add it to the alcohol. Seal the jar once more and store in the fridge for 10 days.

* Step 4

Strain the liqueur using a coffee filter or a cheesecloth to remove the herbs.

* Step 5

Store in the fridge and always serve icy cold.
