Kanella's refreshing salad
A light and easy salad that accompanies lamb on Easter Sunday and on any other occasion.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and place it in a transparent salad bowl.
* Step 2
Add the onion, the salt, the pepper, the spearmint and mix with the cucumber.
* Step 3
Blend the yogurt with the oil, the vinegar and very little salt and pour it over the rest of the ingredients.
* Step 4
Garnish the salad with cucumber slices around the bowl and place a fresh spearimnt sprig in the middle.
