Baked zucchini
A simple way to make an extremely delicious salad. It has very little oil so it is excellent for low calory diets not to mention that it is very very tasty! Every time I have made this dish, they zucchini just vanished in no time! Since I first made it, I effectively stopped making boiled zucchini.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the zucchini into pieces.
* Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, add the oregano and mix.
* Step 3
Add the oil and mix to distribute evenly.
* Step 4
Bake in the oven using the fan and the grill. After about 15 minutes turn them over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
