Dimitroula's peach gelatin dessert

A very easy and refreshing dessert! My teacher, Dimitroula, gave me this recipe a long time ago and it has been a favorite in our family since then.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crumble the biscuits and add them to the container that you are going to use. Pour the butter over them. Mix so that the butter is well combined with the biscuits and press them down tight to cover the bottom of the container.

* Step 2

Dissolve the two packets of pineapple flavor gelatin in two cups of hot water. Add one cup of the syrup from the compote.

* Step 3

When it cools mix it with the yogurt

* Step 4

Finally add the peaches that you have cut into small pieces.

* Step 5

Pour the mixture over the biscuits and place it in the fridge to set.
