Burgers for the barbecue

I have this recipe from a lady that has a canteen where they make these tasty burgers.

Ingredient

1/2 kg

ground pork

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

25 g

salt

1/4 tbsp

black pepper

1/4 tbsp

oregano

1 clove

garlic

1 pinch

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the ground meat thoroughly with all the ingredients and set it aside covered in the fridge.

* Step 2

Form your burgers after you have taken the mixture from the fridge at least an hour before so that it is at room temperature.

* Step 3

Barbecue.
