Cake with olives and feta cheese
Ideal for breakfast but also perfect as a snack for the kids at school as well as everyone who wants to nibble something at work.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the flour with the baking powder, the salt, the sugar, the spearming and the zest in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs and the juice and use a spatula to fold the batter until everything is well combined. Finally add the olives and the feta cheese.
* Step 2
Brush a bundt pan with oil and dust with flour, then add the mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 170oC for about 50 minutes
