Colorful anthotyro truffles
Cheese balls with anthotyro, poppy seeds, paprika, sesame seeds, boukovo (hot paprika flakes) and whatever else you desire.
Ingredient
Food ration :
35-40 cheese balls
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend the anthotyro with the cream cheese and the dill well using your hands and form small balls the size of a walnut.
* Step 2
Place the poppy seeds, the boukovo, the paprika and the sesame seeds into separate plates.
* Step 3
Distribute the cheese balls into 4 so that your platter looks nice.
* Step 4
Take the first cheese balls and dip them into the poppy seeds to coat, then place softly on a platter.
* Step 5
Do the same with the boukovo, the sesame seeds and the paprika.
* Step 6
Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set and serve.
