Leek velouté soup
One of the favorite dinner dishes at my mother's house.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sauté the onion and the leek in the margarine.
* Step 2
Add the water and the potato cubes.
* Step 3
Season with salt and boil for 15'-20'.
* Step 4
Place the mixture in the blender.
* Step 5
Place it back over heat adding the cream, the flour dissolved in the milk and the pepper.
