Sweet red peppers stuffed with cheese

An easy and tasty side dish.

Ingredient

4-5 servings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the peppers and place them in a small baking tray.

* Step 2

Add a little water and a little oil and place them in the oven at 200°C until they are tender (poke them with a fork to see if they have gottedn tender).

* Step 3

In the meantime place the cheese in a bowl, plenty of oil and as much oregano as you like and mix until you have a stiff cream.

* Step 4

When the peppers are done let them cool.

* Step 5

When they cool peel off the skin and stuff them with the cheese.

* Step 6

Place them in the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
