Swordfish souvlaki with vegetables

Swordfish souvlaki (kebab) with colorful vegetables like multicolored peppers, onion and tomato for a full, fast and light dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the swordfish in cubes of roughly the same size and make sure that they are large enough so that the fish doesn't dry during grilling.

* Step 2

Take a skewer and pass 3-4 pieces of swordfish which you alternate with vegetables in any order that you like.

* Step 3

Preheat the oven grill and bake the souvlakia for about 8-10'.

* Step 4

Season with salt and pepper and serve with the oil and lemon dressing, the oregano and the finely chopped parsley.

* Step 5

You can't make anything more simple and impressive!
