Strawberry jam with rose petals

An amazing jam with a great taste and aroma.

Ingredient

750 g

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the strawberries and the rose petals.

* Step 2

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and remove the rose petals from the roses.

* Step 3

Place them in a large pot, add the sugar on top and set aside for 1 hour.

* Step 4

Boil until the jam sets.

* Step 5

Stir using a wooden spoon only and skim off the foam until the jam sets.

* Step 6

Add the lemon juice just before the end.

* Step 7

Store in clean jars that you seal when the jam cools well.
