Fried sardines
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, clean the sardines removing the scales and innards, then wash, strain and season with salt.
* Step 2
Sift the flour, add a little salt to it and coat the sardines.
* Step 3
Place the frying pan over heat and when it is hot enough add the oil so that it heats as well.
* Step 4
Then, add the sardines and fry them on both sides.
