Ingredient

potatoes

100 ml

heavy cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the vegetables and chop them into small pieces.

* Step 2

Cook in oil for 5 to 10 minutes until they are tender.

* Step 3

Add the spices and the stock.

* Step 4

Boil for 25 to 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Finally add the heavy cream.

* Step 6

Blend in the blender and it is ready to serve.
