Potato and egg salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil them (unpeeled).
* Step 2
Boil the eggs, peel them when they cool, peel the potatoes and slice them both into a bowl.
* Step 3
Add the cut tomatoes, the onion, finely chopped, the parsley, the sliced cucumber and the olives.
* Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, whisk the olive oil and vinegar, add them to the mixture and toss to coat.
