Ingredient

1 bunch

dill

parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

After cleaning and washing the offal and intestines thoroughly, cut them into bites.

* Step 2

Sauté the offal and intestines and then add the herbs.

* Step 3

Sauté a bit more and deglaze with the wine.

* Step 4

Cover the ingredients with boiling water and let everything boil until tender.

* Step 5

After the juices are absorbed and you see that the food is cooked, add as much lemon as you like.

* Step 6

Let the food boil a couple of minutes more and remove from heat.

* Step 7

You serve the soup while very hot.
