Pudding from Volos
This is a simple and quick recipe for a pudding with a divine taste, from Volos.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour (sifted) with the baking powder, mix and add the walnuts with the cinnamon.
* Step 2
Oil a cake mold with sunflower oil and sprinkle with a little sugar.
* Step 3
Bake at 175 degrees for 1 hour.
* Step 4
After it cools pour the hot syrup over it.
* Step 5
When all the syrup is absorbed and the sweet cools, overturn it on a platter.
* Step 6
Creamput the milk with the pudding powder and sugar over heat and stir constantly. When it boils, remove from heat and add the fresh butter and the yolks, lightly beaten. Stir so that all the ingredients combine and pour the cream over the pudding.
* Step 7
We sprinkle with walnuts and a little cinnamon and place the pudding in the fridge.
