Making Egg curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the eggs on high heat for 15minutes.Pour alittle vinegar in the water. Place the skillet on medium heat.
* Step 2
Add onions and 1tsp of vegetable cooking oil
* Step 3
Let the onions brown and add the garlic and stir
* Step 4
After 1minute add the dices of tomatoes,mix well.
* Step 5
Stir and let the mixture simmer for 5 to 10minutes
* Step 6
Keep stirring as you break down the.chunks of tomatoes
* Step 7
Add tumeric and cayenne then stir.
* Step 8
Once the mixture is fine..add the chopped coriander.Mix well and add slices of hard boiled eggs
