moong Daal

1/2 cup

Masar Daal

1/2 tsp

Turmeric

to taste

Salt

1/4 cup

Desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Daal, add water, turmeric and salt in pressure cooker

* Step 2

Cook till done

* Step 3

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle

* Step 4

Add chopped onions, ginger and green chilles. Saute till done. Add tomatoes and saute.

* Step 5

Add spices and put in Daal

* Step 6

Serve garnished with fresh coriander
