Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak rice

Heat oil, add cumin seeds and whole spices and let them crackle

* Step 3

Add spices and 2 cup water

* Step 4

Cook till done

* Step 5

Give standing time of 15 minutes

* Step 6

Serve garnished with whit pepper and cinnamon stick and nutmeg
