Mini Pig Pumpkin Pie

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

* Step 2

Lightly spray or grease a 24 cup mini muffin tin.

* Step 3

Combine peanut butter, whole wheat flour, water and egg in a medium bowl, stir well to combine.

* Step 4

Divide dough evenly into mini muffin cups, press into bottom and up sides.

* Step 5

Spread pumpkin puree evenly over crusts.

* Step 6

Bake for 18-20 minutes until tops begin to brown.

* Step 7

Remove from oven and cool completely before placing in an airtight container. Then, you can refrigerate for a week or freeze for up to three months. Make a big batch to freeze for treats the entire fall season and beyond.
