Mini Pig Cup Cakes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together mashed banana,peanut butter,egg and oil in a mixing bowl. Then add baking power and flour.

* Step 2

Line cup cake pan with paper cups. Spoon in to baking cups.

* Step 3

Bake 350° for 20 minutes. Remove and cool be for frosting.

* Step 4

Frosting opt: 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup of yogurt. Mix together in a small bowl. Spread cooled cup cakes. Put in the refrigerator. Add shredded carrots, coconut flakes,banana chips,almonds and oats.
