Zucchini Thingy
This dish can be served hot or cold. It's great for dinner, holidays, picnics, special events. My family loves it during the holidays and anytime I'm going to a pot luck dinner this is my go to recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 350º. Mix all ingredients in large bowl & pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake for between 45-55 minutes (depending on your own oven). Until golden brown & toothpick inserted comes out clean. Can be eaten hot or cold.
