milk

1 1/2 cup

milk (2nd milk)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 3 tbsp butter or oil over medium heat and saute ham, onion and celery until lightly browned.

* Step 2

Add corn. Add mixture of flour and half cup of milk. Slowly add the second amount of milk and heat to boiling point, but do not boil.

* Step 3

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
