Cajun Cheese Prawn Broccoli Pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside
* Step 2
Place the drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
Add in the garlic, onion, pepper and broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes
Add in the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes
Sprinkle on the cajun seasoning and cook for a minute
* Step 3
Pour in the dairy free cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
Stir in the dairy free cheese and season to taste
Stir in the cooked pasta and divide between two bowls
