Mushroom Toasts
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Arrange the slices of bread onto a baking sheet
Place the olive oil into a shallow pan over a medium heat
* Step 2
Sauté the chilli flakes, onion, garlic, chorizo and mushrooms until golden, about 10 minutes
Place the mushroom mix into the bowl and stir in the dairy free cream cheese, basil and season to taste
Spoon onto the bread
* Step 3
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
Enjoy warm
