Slow Cooker spanish baked potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry for 5 mins.

* Step 2

Stir in the garlic, paprika, dried chillies, and peppers and cook for 2 mins. Mix in tomatoes, stock, thyme, olives, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

* Step 3

Add potatoes to the slow cooker pot, pour over the hot tomato mixture, cover with lid and cook on high for 5 hours. Serve with warm crusty bread.
