Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Making sauce: add all the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl

* Step 2

Add crab sticks, carrots, mango, cucumber in another mixing bowl then add the sauce mix in. Mix well

* Step 3

Transfer your Kani salad in the serving plate, sprinkle some Togarashi and spring onion before serving.
